Customer Service & Job Readiness
Students who participate in the Customer Service & Job Readiness Program
will attain all of the necessary tools to gain employment opportunities and
stability. They will develop communication skills in preparation for difficult
situations as well as the appropriate way to speak with clients, supervisors
and coworkers. Students will expand on their interviewing, time
management and problem-solving skills. We show students how to become
dependable employees and the importance of a professional appearance
and appropriate attitude. Our Job Placement Department will provide the
needed guidance for students to then complete a four-week internship in
the area of customer service.
